Over the past four years, Kickin’Inn has experienced rapid growth, and we are now proud to say today we have over 400 Kickin’ tribe members. Our tribe members are the heart and soul of our brand, with each and every one of them helping us work towards our vision of opening 100 stores Australia-wide. Working with Kickin’Inn comes with a lot of perks! Every quarter we treat each of our restaurants to a Breakfast Bash. Our Breakfast Bash is our way of saying thank you to our staff for their constant hard work and commitment to the Kickin’Inn brand. Each store collaborates to plan and celebrate their hard work for the quarter by going out and partaking in an activity of their choice, with all expenses covered by us. During each Breakfast Bash, awards are handed out to our staff members for a variety of achievements (i.e, an employee of the month, best kitchen performer and more!). We like to celebrate and acknowledge our staff’s hard work and ensure it doesn’t go unnoticed.
Our Breakfast Bash is one of many fun activities that our staff participate in. At Kickin’Inn we love celebrating employee milestones, birthdays, special events, and holidays. It’s important to us that our staff are recognised, as this creates great team bonding opportunities and rewards them for the great work they do year-round.
Looking Towards the Future
Over the next 5-10 years, Kickin’Inn aims to open 100 stores nationwide. With this will come plenty of job openings and opportunities, as we anticipate our company will grow to over 1000 staff. We encourage everyone of all skills and specialities to look out for opportunities.
