We want to thank you all for the overwhelming amount of love and support for Kickin’Inn Spring Hill. After countless messages and comments asking us to bring the #kickinvibe up to Queensland, we finally opened our very first store just a few short weeks ago and the reception we have received has been unbelievable!

With any store opening, we face many challenges and Spring Hill is no different. As you may have noticed, we are currently operating without a Liquor Licence and therefore, unfortunately unable to serve any alcohol on the premises. We have done everything in our power to obtain this and have been patiently waiting well over two months for the Queensland Government to provide us with the licence but unfortunately, they are letting us down.

We thank you all for your patience and understanding during this time as we work hard to obtain the Liquor Licence as quickly as possible. We look forward to seeing you in the restaurant soon!

❗️IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR MOTHER’S DAY WEEKEND❗️

Due to the extremely high demand and high volume of bookings this weekend, we have made the difficult decision to limit walk ins and takeaway orders this Saturday (May 7th) and Sunday (May 8th). This is to ensure that all our booked customers are prioritised and receive the full Kickin’ Experience. 

🚫WALK-INS:

Many of our stores are fully booked or reaching capacity for this weekend so there will be no walk-ins. Please do not arrive to the store without a booking as you will likely be turned away. If you decide to visit on the day, please call the store ahead of time to confirm if there are any availabilities and secure a booking. (Please note all stores receive a high volume of calls and there may be a wait until you are connected).

🚫TAKEAWAY:

Takeaway orders will be limited to non-peak times ONLY. To place an order, call your nearest store directly on the day. WE DO NOT TAKE PRE-ORDERS. If you are unable to connect to the store via phone, the store is not taking any orders at that time. 

🚫MENULOG:

Menulog will be limited to non-peak times ONLY. If you do not see your local restaurant on Menulog throughout the day, then it is UNAVAILABLE. If you are having any issues with Menulog, please contact Menulog directly.

A MESSAGE FROM THE KICKIN’INN TEAM ♥️🦐

We are so grateful for our fans and customers who support us day in, day out. Kickin’Inn is one of countless business impacted by Covid and we are still in the midst of finding our feet and facing endless challenges each and every day.

As many of you have noticed, we have removed some extremely popular items from the menu and no longer have the full range available as we used to. The reason behind this change is the due to the market being unable to supply us with the high quality, local seafood we require. Additionally, the cost of sourcing these products have increased dramatically and the last thing we want to do is pass these costs down to the customers. We have made the difficult decision to operate with a limited menu for now but the full range will return to all our stores soon! 

At the moment, crabs are one of the hardest items to find in the market, but the good news is, we are working around the clock to bring Mud Crabs, Bay Bugs and Alaskan Crabs back to the stores very soon!
